This newspaper notice gives information about the departure of the Bravo mastered by Capt. Berger from Drammen in 1868. "In the afternoon on April 23rd, the Bravo was towed from the harbor of Drammen to Svellvik by the steamer "Drammen". The Bravo was heading for Quebec carrying 129 adults, 28 between 14 - 8 years old, 45 between 8 - 1 and 13 under the age of 1. Most of the emigrants were from the Valdres area. The emigrants were bringing with them a total of 2000 Speciedaler. On April 22nd, the day before departure a service was conducted onboard."
The Bravo arrived at Quebec on June 21st.
