We are looking for some realtives from my mothers side. My great great grandmother, Anna Guru Andreasdatter Ryggvald, went to North Dakota in 1898 or 1899. She was born in 1875. Befor she left she got a daughter, my great grandmother, Anna Kristiansen. She left Frosta when the father of her child died. She planned to come back to Frosta, and my great grandmother was left to her grandparents. But Anna Guru Andreasdatter Ryggvald never came back, but we know she married someone in Amerika and started a new family.

Anna Guru Andreasdatter Ryggvald. Born in 1875. Came to America in 1898-1899.

A few more clues would help.

Would you know what Anna Guru's father's patronymic name was? She could have used that surname in the USA. Would you know any of the children's names, of those born in America?

Did you find her passage from Trondheim?

Do you have her parents on the 1900 census?
