My name is Roy Johannessen I'm looking for information about the Oslo Fjord i believe that was the name of the ship my parents came over on (March of 1950)

Might be MS "Oslofjord" built in Netherlands and delivered in 1949 to "Amerikalinjen" (American linie).
I'll see if I can dig up some information about the shipping company and the actual ship a little later and post some links for you.

Here is a picture of the ship:

It is the M/V Olslofjord (3) of the Norwegian America Line, built for the line in 1949.
