If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it!

It looks to me like they were married August 27th.
Groom: ???, ??? [craftsman in weaving mill?] Jens Jorgen Olsen, ???, ???, 22 years old
Maiden: Rachel Knudsdatter, ??? ?? ???, ?? 26 years old

What parish is this, it looks like one of the Agder counties?
It should be two pair of church book´s, perhaps the other one is easier to read/understand, and the 1865 census if they stilled stayed here could tell more?

Yes, they married August 27.
At least a start, hopefully you can delate some of the ???

Ungkarl (Bachelor) ??? (his profession) Jens Jørgen Olsen fød. (born in) ??? (name of parish) 22 aar
Maiden Rachel Knudsdatter ??? fød for (born about) gl. (age) 26 aar

Meredith -
It is better to capture the Permanent Page Link (rather than Permanent Image Link) for sharing on a forum such as this. That option allows us to see the details of the source citation AND allows great flexibility of more zoom choices.

Thanks so much for the translation! I forgot that you'd asked before for the permanent link - next time I'll post both!
