There s a Nicholson Family Tree on Ancestry.com owned by a eileen Guyette. She has not signed into Ancestry.com in over a year. She does have a Facebook page under Eileen Nicholson Guyette. Here is some information from her Tree.

I know that Walter Born 1927 died in1961 of epleptic.

The information I got from Holy Cros Sementery is tha Dominick died 10 th of June 1958 and Katherine born Smith died 20 th july 1946.
They are burried next to each other. Katherine's mother and father are burried same place. |

I am not finding the information that you posted. For example here is a death record from Holy Cross for a Dominick Nicholson but it shows he died in 1976?

Maybe some of your information is off a little. I find a record from Holy Cross Cemetery for a Catherine Nicholson who died June 10, 1958. That is the date you have for her husband?

I was mistaken about the birth of Katherine.
Katherine and Dominick are buried in the same place as Katherine's mother and father. Her parents are Catherine and Mathew Smith. They live in the 1930s in the same house. In the 1940 census, Mathew is dead. Mathew was born in Norway named Mads Kristian Smith Jorstad. He was my grand uncle.
I have found several with Dominick's children's names that are 80+ in white pages, but there are several with the same name in New York. |

Interesting. I assume that this is Mathew Smith in 1920 and that this Catherine Smith age 15 is the Catherine Smith who married Dominick Nicholson.

It is a little odd that two records for her children list her name as Brown.

I have not seen any divorce, but I have not looked very hard.
When you say they did not have children, I assume you are saying that the children of Dominnick and Catherine Nicholson did not have children of their own?
But they did. At least we know of one Eileen Nicholson Guyette is the daughter of Peter Michael Nicholson and Helen Higgens.

We have located a Matthew Smith interred on 3-16-1934, with a Kathryn Smith interred on 7-20-1946, they are both located in Section: St. George-Rg.015-No. 163/164. Name on Cert: is Dominic Nicholson. In the same plot the name of a Catherine Nicholson is interred on 6-10-1958 at the age of 51, she could possibly be the daughter you speak of. Normally we do not do business by e-mail.
