| hello looking for some history of,Johannes Matiassen ,born in norway in 1881.30.12 hedemark county,ringsaker,He was son of Matias Arnesen and wife Ingeborg pedersdatter,Johannes matiassen emigrated to illinois in usa 1901,05.01In 1931 he was back in norway,married and get four children.Then he get divorsed and in 1964 he was dead,his grandchild is intresting to now if he had familie in usa,if he was married or had children over there,so if somone can help find,some thing its very kind of you,He used name John Mathisen in usa |

This is most likely your guy applying for a passport in 1922, he has the same father and the same birthdate year is 1882 instead of 1881 image of 1st page. There is also a picture of him on the second page:
