very interesting!!! I got this from the Telelaget of North America. http://www.telelaget.com/pioneers/norheim/didyouknow.htm
In memory of Sondre Norheim, pioneer and champion of modern skiing. He developed slalom and introduced the Telemark and Christiana Turns.
In 1987, a statue of Norheim, built by Knut and Tove Skinnarland, was unveiled in Minot. Norheim was also honored at opening ceremonies for the 1992 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer, Norway.
Perhaps one of the most fitting honors occurred in 1986 at the World Skiing Championship in Holmenkollen, Norway. In that competition, a young skier by the name of Pam Norheim competed in the biathalon. She is a great-granddaughter of Sondre Norheim, the father of modern skiing.

It is called "Occupied" in English and I have to say it is very well. Good acting and character development. The movie really makes you think about things differently. I am curious as to what kind of reception this tv series has in Norway. Personally I think it is brilliant.

You're not the only one to like the series, Erik.
This week actress Anna Chlumsky - known from «Hannibal» and «Veep», and Julia Louis-Dreyfus (Elaine in «Seinfeld») tweeted about the series...

A new norwegian TV-series called Vikingane ("The Vikings") premiered last week on Norwegian TV.
The series is a humorous drama set in the Viking Age, and deal with everyday issues such as gender roles change, power struggles, family strife and love trouble. The challenges resemble those we face today, but with completely different rules and far more dramatic consequences in the year 790...

During the making, all scenes were shot twice. One norwegian version and one english version in "norwenglish"; english with a heavy norwegian accent/pronunciation.
Talks are currently ongoing to sell the series to the American market, like Netflix or HBO.
