You are correct that Engebret and Ragna were twins. They are listed on two different pages of the church record:
Engebret http://www.arkivverket.no/URN:kb_read?urnread_imagesize=medium&info=ingen&hode=nei&show=29&uid=347673&js=j
Ragna http://www.arkivverket.no/URN:kb_read?urnread_imagesize=medium&info=ingen&hode=nei&show=28&uid=347673&js=j

Note that they were both born on 15 February 1883. The onshus link above lists 13 February for Ragna and 15 February for Engebret.

This must be Engebret in the 1900 census. http://digitalarkivet.no/cgi-win/WebCens.exe?slag=visbase&sidenr=9&filnamn=f00520&gardpostnr=66&personpostnr=344&merk=344#ovre

There is a marriage between a Susanna O Haugen and Ove Nygaard in the West Prairie church records on 17 March 1885. Susanna's parents are listed as Ole O Haugen and Abelone A Haugen. And Susanna's birthplace (age 25) is given as West Prairie also.

This Susanna O Haugen may be worth pursuing, and she must be connected to the records we discussed earlier in West Prairie Hauge Lutheran Cemetery. The name Abelone is not that common, but I suppose it was fairly common in certain enclaves, due to the namesaking tradition and the fact that couples often had a good many children and grandchildren. Thanks for reopening this case before it is too late!
