There is a Marit Dyrdahl, she married in 1964 in Sande, see couple no 27:
Vestfold fylke, Sande, Lysningsprotokoll nr. 2 (1954-1971), Lysninger 1964, side 43.
Permanent sidelenke: http://www.arkivverket.no/URN:kb_read?idx_kildeid=7271&idx_id=7271&uid=ny&idx_side=-46
Permanent bildelenke: http://www.arkivverket.no/URN:NBN:no-a1450-kb20061025320568.jpg
The father of the bride is Olai Dyrdahl, Sande. She may be the daughter of Adele and Olai, even though she is born well before their marriage. Unfortunately Marit Dyrdahl/Silnes died in 2008.

This is what I see:
Adele and Olai were married Nov 17 1934
Marit Dyrdal was born May 8 1942.

Nice. Find a Grave memorial for Signe and husband was created by a Wilson, who could be another cousin. Click on the creator's name to find her email address:

Can't find record of Signe's voyage , proabably travelled under a different last name, maybe Anderesen or Magnesen.

So Kariellen , if I understand correctly you are saying that Havard Dyrdal Silnes is the great great grandson of Signe Espeland? That would be too cool. I would love for him to contact me to verify all this.
