Am trying to find distant grandmother Kirsten Eriksen from Stjødal born between 1770 and 1774. I have found a baptism in 1773 which I think relates to her. However, I cannot read it well enough to get any information out of it. I would appreciate help in this effort.
1. I believe Kirsten's parents are Erich Andersen Kvegjerdet på Dybvad (døpt 13 Mar 1747 in Lånke) and Gunnil Arntsdtr. Echren (døpt 5 Sep 1751 in Lånke). Married 28 Oct 1773. 4. Sivert and Kirsten are living on Auran gård in Skatvold in the 1801-telling for 1714 Størdahlen. Kirsten is listed as 30 years old which places her birth about 1770.However there is a mistake here in that Kirsten’s last name is listed as Ingebrichtsdtr. which is in error. This is also noted in a discussion in the Digitalarkivet Debattforum under 41035: Berit Sivetsdatter, Kornsve – Skatval.
5. Kirsten is buried 25 Nov 1855 at the stated age of 83 years which places her birth about 1772. Nord-Trøndelag county, Stjørdal, Parish register (official) nr. 709A14 (1845-1858), Death and burial records 1855, page 523. http://urn.digitalarkivet.no/URN:NBN:no-a1450-kb20050510030678.jpg
Finally, this information places Kirsten's birth between 1770 and 1774. I believe that Kirsten was born on Echren and baptised 19 past Trinity (17 Oct) 1773. This baptism is very difficult to read and I would appreciate any help I can get in understanding it. Thank You.

If I am looking at the same part of the record as you, this is what is transcribed by Ancestry.com as follows. Based on the translation by Einar below it looks as if the Ancestry transcriptions cobbled together an introduction of a mother and a baptism of a Kiersten.

Thanks to Lyndal40 and eibache for your assistance.
Here's a little more info on the data discussed so far.
1. The introduction of Kielber Mouns qvinde is in relation to a dødfødt birth that was listed in the church records Dom: 14 a trinit (Sep 12) 1773 (page 238). Kielber Jonsen was a bonde og gårdbebor on Moun's gård with his wife Siri Joensdtr. Therefore, I don't feel this has any relation to the baptism which follows.
2. The døbt "Echrens barn Kiersten" is what I hoped for. Following is more info on Erich Andersen Dybvad and Gunnil Arntsdtr. Echren. They were married on 28 Oct 1773 and the baptism of Kirsten is on 17 Oct 1773 which was some time prior so Kirsten was uekte. Also Kirsten's birth fits into the family as noted below.

Marit Erichsdtr. born on Echren, Lånke d. 07Jan 1776
Anders Erichsen born on Echren, Lånke d. 26 Dec 1778
Gunnil Erichsdtr. born on Echren, Lånke d. 19 Jan 1783
Arnt Erichsen born on Dybvadgjerdet d. 14 Jan 1791
Lars Erichsen born on Dybvadgjerdet d. 28 Feb 1796
It's unfortunate that the father was not listed but I assume it might be attributated to the fact that the parents were not married at baptismal time. I have searchevery carefully the years 1770 thru 1774 for the døpt of Kirsten or the Intro of Erich Andersen's qvinde without success except for the one I listed.
However, I do feel that Kirsten belongs with this family.
