Sorry, I found his father.
Ole, born 1909, was not easy to find. I guess this is his tombstone

I am assuming you meant that you did not find the record on the Digitalakivet web site. However the Ancestry.com record is a transcription of a parish record. The record suggests that the parish record is stored by Famly History Library on microfilm. That gives you the route to obtain a copy of the original record. Your need to go to your nearest Family History Center. There you can request that the microfilm be sent to that particular center of the correct microfilm. The correct microfilm is found using the FHL Film Number given in the above Ancestry.com record. . When it arrives, it will take a few days, you can load it into one of the microfilm readers and spool to the record you want. After pressing a few buttons you can obtain a hard copy of the original record.

That may seem a bit laborious but that is how it was done only a few years ago before all the worlds data was scanned and uploaded to the web.

We had another querist a while back who was seeking someone born in "Drammen" and their baptism was found in this Vestfold parish.

Well it took some digging but the baptismal records that are listed as being from Stavern in 1909 are actually found in Strømsgodset, Skoger. Here is the baptism record for Ole.

#25

Nice find Jackie, While I was digging you came up with the correct record.

Well Doug, Jackie saved you from all that labor I had laid out for you.
