Very few graves this old are preserved in Norway. The few exceptions are mostly famous people or tombstones/markers of cultural value in themselves.
At the website https://slektogdata.no/gravminner you can search for photographed graves. At "velg fylke" you may select Viken, which is the current fylke (county) containing Østfold. In the menus to right of this, you can select Rakkestad and then Degernes, OR you may select Fredrikstad and then either of Borge options. (Although I suspect Borge gravlund is a more recent addition.)
But you probably won't find your Johanne or Helvig. I didn't. |

To my great surprise, I found this at Findagrave.com, but I see it's addeded today (oh, yesterday ...) by Norsewood Cemetery Project, so I suppose it is your work and based on genealogical data.
The new counties (fylker) in Norway are not hugely popular, many prefer seeing "Østfold fylke" rather than "Viken fylke", and some hope the reform will disappear, but presently "Østfold fylke" is an historical designation. |

Yes, that was me at Find-a-Grave. I created the cemetery, then "second-guessed" (doubted) myself and decided I'd better check the cemetery names/locations.
Find-a-Grave is about burial locations, even if there is no headstone/gravemarker. I have had to create new cemetery entries for the people I was interested in. |
