He should have travel with Bergensfjord from Kristiania depature may 30th 1917 and arrival june 12 1917.
I found a Carl Marquard in a shipsmanifest on Ellis Island.org.
Please, I need information to confirm that it is my grandfather.
Passengerlist or other information. I could be fun to have family in USA.

| Borge | What other manifest than the one on Ellis Island were you hoping to find - that is a transcript of the actual passenger list, and there might be a link to a scan of it too. unfortunaly I donīt think it is my grandfather, the name(fome of it) and date are not the same and place of birth. But in the manifest of Ellis Island are age of arrival 27 years and 5 month, my grandfather are 27 years and 7 month. But the person your found to me ar 28 years and 7 month

| Borge | Yes, it was close, but they do not fit. Are you sure that he traveled on the Bergensfjord? Actually it is more likely that he would have gone by Scandinavian America Line. Did you check the Danish emigration records? |
| monicakasandra | I canīt find in danish emigration records, the archive tells me that impossible, if he donīt have a agent. I am not sure about Bergensfjord, it was only because his name were the same.
The only records I have about him going to Amerika, is a paper where he is separate from his wife and the police are looking for him. The police think that he is gone to America (may family has allways said the same).
But can I search in some records from Scandinavian America Lines?
