Norwegian heights
alice rudo	On a passport of a relative I've seen "he/she has fair hair, blue eyes and is of average height" - my question is what would be considered an "average height" in Norway for a man and a woman around the mid century of the nineteenth?
jwiborg	In 1885, the average height for a norwegian man serving time in the army was 169 cm (5'6"). In 2003, that height has increased to 179.9 cm (5'11"). Jan
