Re Rollo Dep. Christiania Sept. 3rd 1886 for Hull and further
destination Chicago. Agent Blichfeldt
I have found the names of my great grandmother and her
children on the above Departure in the emigration list.
My question is: Is it possible to find out with what ship they
went further across the Atlantic and into which harbour
Regards Unn

Jo Anne Sadler | Was September 3, 1886 their registration date or departure date?
Blichfeldt was an agent for the Cunard Lines. There is information on them on this site, they operated from Liverpool to New York and Boston.
Checking the Arrivals for September 1886, Cunard has four vessels arriving in New York and Boston, one arriving in New York on September 18, 1886. |
Borge | The most likely ship seams to be the S/S Aurania (1) of the Cunard Line, departing from Liverpool and arriving in New York 1886-09-18, Crossing the Atlantic in 6 days and 6 hours. See this page for more information about Corresponding ships for the S/S Rollo (1) journey 1886-09-03 Christiania - Christiansand - Hull |
