SS United States voyage in April 1910
kerrie	Would anyone know what happened on this voyage to have the passengers transferred to another ship in mid voyage?
Borge	We do not have any records of any incidents for April 1910. However, on Mach 3 the ship grounded in fog off Kristiania, and the passengers were evacuated. They were conveyed on the S/S Hellig Olav for the rest of their voyage. Again, on June 3 the ship grounded off Kristansand due to an error by the pilot ,the passengers were brought ashore and conveyed on the Hellig Olav for the rest of their voyage.
