Hopkins_02	thanks to this site i have now uncovered the unknown identity of my Gr Gr Gr grandmother's parents , lucky i had the brains to try the net even though my family said i was wasting my time[:D] Shame on them.. HeHeHe.... look whos wasting their time now[8D] Now i have turned my interests to finding the marrage records of Find Hansen and Berthe Knudser so if you could be of any help ........ well Please help[;)] I will be most Greatful[:D]
Hopkins	I'll assume the earlier help you received gave you at least approximate birth years, birth locations and some method to at least estimate when the couple married. Check the parish church records for the parish where the bride was born 1st, if not found - then check the birth parish of the groom. If both families moved in the time before the marriage occurred - I couldn't guess. Still assuming that you know some location and time period in Norway, check the records for that area and era which have been transcribed for online use. If none can be found - turn to the parish church records on LDS microfilm.
