Two brothers Torgersen

I am searching for two brothers Torgersen from Øyer, Norway, who went with the ship Hero from Christiania to Hull on May 7th 1880, heading for Eau Claire WI, which maybe was not their final destination. They are Peter Torgersen, b. 27 July, 1862, and Tollef Torgersen b. 7 Feb 1851, both in Øyer. Do anyone know what happened to them, where they settled and so on? Happy for answers or clues to go on.
