Passenger lists 1849
inlaggen	I found the record of a relative on a church register for emigrants from Gausdal Parish on 14 May 1849. I cannot find any of the family names on your passenger list for 1849. They most likely left from the port of Christiania. Is there a possibility that there was any other ships that left Chiristiania for America in 1849? Their names: Erland Gundersen Bakkum (28) Kari Olesdatter (29) Christian Erlandsen (2) David Johnson Olympia Washington USA
Borge	Hello David There might have been additional ships, but if it was it will be hard to find, as the index we have worked out is based on a multitude of sources. It could also be that they traveled on one of the 3 ships from Drammen, which we have not transcribed the passenger list of yet. It is also possible that they traveled from Christiania to another European port to board the ship for the transatlantic voyage. Børge Solem
