Listed together with her is a girl named "Sofie Didriksen", born 1882. They are both from Flekkefjord in Vest Agder.
Maybe Sofie is her later sister-in-law??? [:D]
They both arrived in New York on Sep. 18th, listed on line 13 & 14 [url="http://www.ellisislandrecords.org/cgi-bin/tif2gif.exe?T=K:\T715-0621\T715-06210449.TIF&S=.5"]here[/url]
Destination is Hanna's Sister Sophie Thompson (in Brooklyn??). According to the Ellis Island manifest, Hanna has been in the US before, in 1895-1905.
Note: Hanne's lastname is written without this ´, but the forum would not let me write her name then... , it translated the middle part into **** because it can be translated into "strong language"....[:I] Any help here Borge?? :-9

Was married to Thorvald Didricksen on June 15, 1907 in Jersey City, New Jersey. Charles Nicholsen married Sofie maden name Didriksen. Didrick Didriksen, Alfred/Albert/Howard/ & Bernard Didriksen. Herman Didriksen/Wife?.I have old pictures with above names but not sure who is who?

My gread -Grandfather -Tobias Didriksen born-1844 married Anne Kristine Hansdatter-born jun 4,1847, Tobias died 1923, Anne (Motland) died 1923. 8 children were born to Tobias & Anne Kristine 5 survied -3 died at birth or infancy.
My great uncle was Didrik Tobiasen born-1878 married Kristine Meling born-1881 died (bremnes) ? Didrik died -1952. Children of Didrik & Kristine Didriksen (family name became DIDRIKSEN permanently, Norwegian government negated the old way of taking the father's name with each generation)
