Brining	Hi On the Digitalarkivet site (there is a link on the home page) in the 1900 census for Vardø Finnmark there is a Nelly Eiddissen listed with a birthdate of March 5 1899 which could be your Nelly. She is listed as a foster child and the foster mother is Elen Eillingson. Also at this site under emigrants from Kristiana 1882-1897 1913-1919 there is a Nelly Alette Eides. birthdate Sept 19 1899 Sailed on Feb 22 1919, destination Calefornien, ship Stavangerfj. and the comment I believe says "to her mother".
