| judy-rik | I am assisting a friend who is new to geneology. Her g-grandmother was born in Norway. The information she has is that Anna Christenson Lakness was born on Aug. 21, 1859. She was Baptized and confirmed in the Hamar Church. Her mother passed when Anna was 3 yrs old. I am assuming that Hamar is in Hedmark, but I am unsure. [?] I do not have any other information other than what is mentioned above. i do know that she emigrated to USA while still young as she married in the United States. Is there a bygdebok for Hedmark? |
