| Canadian Debbie | I am about 2 and 1/2 years late on this thank you but we had made a change to our e-mail address and lost track of this site until today when I "google'd" my name and my letter asking for help with ships passenger lists for my great grandfather's (Erik Lassesen) immigration to Canada from Meraker Norway came up. Much to my surprise and delight my question as to what ship my great grandfather had immigrated on ...was answered by Borge Solem! I cannot thank you enough for this information Borge and can only hope that you see this posting of thanks. I am continuing to research my family roots and any history that I may find is very meaningful for me. We have another family reunion planned for May 2006 and to have yet more information to share with my family is fantastic. Thanks once again...now on to search and see if I can locate pictures etc. of these ships.
