HopkinsOn Øfstedal farm, Evanger parish of Voss district in the 1865 census a young man by the name of Anders Andersson (with parents and several siblings). He is listed as 16 yrs old which probably indicates a birth year of about 1850. http://digitalarkivet.uib.no/cgi-win/webcens.exe?slag=visbase&filnamn=f61235&gardpostnr=1165&sokefelt=skjul Then in ships lists from Bergen - http://digitalarkivet.uib.no/cgi-win/webcens.exe?slag=visbase&filnamn=Quebec65&gardpostnr=12354&sokefelt=skjul The similiarity is too much to ignore.
