Paul Ofstedal | Seeking emigration information on Andreas Ofstedal, born in Voss/Evanger area Sept. 1, 1855, and emigrated apparently in 1871. Attended Luther College, Decorah, Iowa, and served first in Fertile, Minn. Died June 30, 1930. Help appreciated. |
Hopkins | On Øfstedal farm, Evanger parish of Voss district in the 1865 census a young man by the name of Anders Andersson (with parents and several siblings). He is listed as 16 yrs old which probably indicates a birth year of about 1850.
