unfamiliar abbreviation parish record
Jane Johnston	The baptismal record lists the father's employment as Gfk. (with a period after it). I've browsed lists of Norwegian occupations and abbreviations without luck. I found this record on the Norwegian Historic Data Centre. Im sure the original record was handwritten. Could this have been transcribed wrong or do you know what it means? Time period is 1860's. Thanks.
