Solem surname
KatieD	Just realized I posted this in the wrong forum. Does anyone know if it would be possible to determine where in Norway my great grandfather lived? Is solem such a common name there that this would be impossible. I don't even know where to start. Edited by - borge on 12/05/2002 15:56:41
Borge	It should be possible for you to find out, but you have to start by finding out names and dates of birth for as many generations back as you can. At least you Solem grandparents and preferable their parents. Børge Solem
