Yes, we are adding new passenger lists frequently, as we can get them copied and transcribed. We hope to get all of the available lists from Norwegian arrival to the Canadian ports between 1865 and 1875 included in our database some day. However we are only doing this on our spare time besides our jobs, and therefore it we need some time before we can get them all done.
However, if there are someone who would like to join the team and help us copy and transcribing lists they are very welcome.
Having said that, I am wondering if the passengers on the Refondo in 1867 and 1868 are not listed in the Christiania police emigration protocols, which now are online at the Digitalarkivet. Have you tried to search their db?
