Sovde
porter03I'm new to this site and still trying to figure out how to navigate through it, but I have some questions that I can't seem to get the answers to anywhere. I think that Sovde is the name of a town, in both Norway and Sweden. True? Most of the information I find is about that place, but I have no way of finding out more because it's in a language I can't read. I don't know if my last name was respelled in the U.S. or if that is the original spelling. Is there some way that I can just search passenger lists without the correct spelling of first names? I've reached a lot of dead ends and I'm just not sure where to go from here and I saw this website and it looked like the most information I could find. Any extra assistance would be greatly appreciated. thanx. jacqui
