| steve | My great grandfather Halstein Johannesen came from Bergen Norway and settled in Australia. He was the son of Andrew and Martha Johnsten (possibly Johannes Andersen born Fosse 1811 & Marta Olsdatter born Maeland 1811). Halstein married Elizabeth Jones in Bellarine Victoria Australia. I have the death certificate for Halstein's brother Andrew. Andrew arrived in Australia around 1854, and would be buried in Geelong Cemetery in 1859. He was born Norway 1831. Can anyone help me here. Alsi have the Australian side of this family if anyone is interested. Thanks
