| Pauline | I am trying to locate relatives of Dorothea Kristine Andersdatter Peterson Jensen, who immigrated from Norway, coming with her sister and her family in 1865 or 1866. Her sisters name was Anna Sakrine Andersdatter Peterson who was married to Anders Olesen Lien. She was single when she immigrated. She lived in the Pleasant Valley area of Wisconsin,near Baldwin. They were from the Hemnes parish in Hemnesberget, Norway, coming from the Otterbrand farm. Dorothea Kristine or Kristine Dorothea, was married in the Rush River church on 4-6-1867 to Hans Christian Jensen, son of Jens Olson and K Alethe Jorgensdatter. To them were born at least 2 children, Jens Andreas born on 6-10-1868 and Caroline Emilie on 10-25-1870. I am working on the Lien geneology, which is my husbands family and would like to find out if there are any relatives of Dorothea and her husband, or their children.
