He travelled to Quebec, then by train to Milwakee and then on to Decorah Iowa. He homesteaded in Twin Valley, Minnesota. Married Dorthea Amunrud and had 14 children. My grandmother was Edith Thompson Watnaas. I believe Thore must have changed his name in America. |
