This is Caroline Johnson Kittleson, born 1850 at Valvek, Hjelmeland, Rogaland, Norway. Her name in Norway was Kari Eliasdatter, daughter of Elias Johanneson Valvek and Anna Pedeersdtr. Aukland. She was born 28 August 1850 - see Hjelmeland parish records. Caroline was married in 27 Dec 1868 to Gulick Olson Kittleson in DeKalb IL, moved to Story Co., Iowa, then to Woonsocket South Dakota.
