I believe that this person (DPOB: 30 Apr 1870 Christiania, Oslo, NO and DPOD: 14 Nov 1932 Adrian, MN) had his name anglicised during immigration (probably in Chicago) to Elmer. He lived from 1871 to ~1877 in the Chicago Area possibly near Mendota, IL. I wish to thank Bob Hookom for transcribing the Passenger List.
