Norwegians in Lincoln
A small number of Norwegians lived in Lincoln, the capital of Nebraska. The city had a Danish-Norwegian congregation belonging to the Norwegian Synod.
Norwegian Place Names
Lancaster County also had a post office named Rokeby. The name might appear to be Norwegian in origin, possibly related to Røkeby, but no Norwegians lived there.
