| Settled in | Douglas Co. |
| State | Minnesota |
| Location | Douglas Co., Minnesota |
| Information | Pioneer; came as part of a group of settlers to Douglas Co. in 1866. Many were poor and lived in dugouts or log cabins. With little local work available, some hauled goods to the forts from St. Cloud, while others survived by trapping muskrats, which brought a good price. |
