| Information | Came to St. Paul 1852, moved to Nicollet Co. 1853. Settled where the town of St. Peter was built. When he came there with his brother and A K Skaro there was just wilderness and Indians there. The St. Peter town was partly built on their land, and a part of the town was called "Skaro and Evensens Addition". He also served as a Sergeant in the Indian War and Civil War |
