1865 Census: Units of measure for foodstuffs

Could someone help me with units of measure for foodstuffs please? I've been looking at the 1865 census (this page http://digitalarkivet.uib.no/cgi-win/webcens.exe?slag=visbase&filnamn=f60419&gardpostnr=985&personpostnr=6203&spraak=e in particular) and am trying to work out what the quantites of foods mean. In the above example, they have 1/8 barley, 1 oats, and 4 potatoes. What are the units of measure for these? - sacks? - barrels? Thanks
