Agnes Augusta Olsson

Hi ! I am searching for parents for Agnes Augusta Olsson born 1889-08-30 in Norway. I talked to relatives and they say she was born on a boat between Norway and Sweden, but they are not sure. She lived in Vermland, Sweden until she died . I have searched for information in the church books in Vermland, Sweden but it says only born in Norway. Is there anyone who have any information about her or any ideas how i should go on ? Is there any place i can call in Norway to get information ? Best Regards Terje, Sweden.
