I am trying to discover where Andrew Andrewson Lubeck who emigrated to USA in 1871 and settled in Granby, Nicollet County, Minnesota, USA may have lived in Norway. This is all the information I have. When I goggle "Lubeck" it takes me to Lubeck, Germany. He was definitely from Norway. I have found him in USA Census forms. He is listed on USA Census as Andrew Anderson Lubeck and Andreas Lubeck Is there a particular area in Norway that Lubecks came from? Regrettably we didn't ask questions years ago. Now no one is left that can fill in the blanks. . Thank you for any information you can give me.
