Hello, I have a question that maybe there is somebody who can help. I have some family who emigrated from Christiania on May 3, 1850 and arrived in NY on July 14, 1850. I am curious to know where their home was in Norway, other than this record I don't know anything about them. I think they may have come from Ostre Toten in Oppland but not sure if that is correct, or which parish. Here is the information: Passenger list 1850 - brig Incognito Captain S. Christophersen Departure Christiania May 3 Arrival New York July 14 Ship: Incognito Source Roll # 90, arr. no. 782 /emigration/passengers/?journey=885 68 Hans Evensen Bakke 51 m Steerage 69 Martha Hansdatter 36 f Steerage 70 Marthe Gunda Hansdatter 14 f Steerage 71 Even Hansen 16 m Steerage 72 Anders Hansen 11 m Steerage 73 Erick Hansen 9 mo m Steerage 74 Martha Marie !! 9 f Steerage 75 Christiana !! 5 f Steerage 76 Andrine !! 9 mo f Steerage Thank you again for any help!
