Bark Martha Apr1869 Kristiania to Jul1869 Quebec

The passenger list is supposed to be archived in the NAC -- but how do you obtain a copy? And, it is supposed to be in the Norway Heritage passenger list database, but no passengers on the Martha seem to come up from the searches. Does anyone have a suggestion how I might obtain this passenger list?
