bergsland

So happy to be a part of this community, as I have always been proud of my Norwegian heritage! I am searching for any info on my great great grandfather Halver (or Halvor, Holver, Holvar, etc.) Bergsland Olson (Oleson, Olsen). Born January 4, 1824. Died in Winchester WI on Dec. 2, 1885. His wife's name was Syrena Tine Christianson (also born in Norway). I believe that they were all from the Telemark region. My great Grandfather's name was Otis, and my grandfather was Arthur Oleson. Many thanks to anyone who can help me in my search![:)]
