birth certificates & other info

ok, my great grandfather was born Magnus Einorson Rongved in 1895 in Haus, Norway. He had one sister, name unknown. Also unknown are his parents names. He immigrated to the US in 1915. I would like to further trace my family but need the information. Is there a way to get birth certificates from Haus? was there a norway census like in the US? Any help or info provided would be greatly apperciated.
