Carl L Hertzenberg

He was born in 1855 and was my great-great grandfather. He emigrated to Minneapolis via Quebec and Chicago, but we don't know when. His son- my great-grandfather, Henry Ludwig Hertzenberg, died at the age of 36 in 1929. We believe he was born in Minnesota, so Carl would have probably sailed between 1855 and 1893. We have few records about his family. Carl lived to be 100 years old and was president of the Sons of Norway. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks!
