Caspar Emil Caspersen

I am a newbee here. I was on someone else's thread so I will restart. 1st thank you "eibache" & "JaneC" for your help. My greatgrand father Casper Emil Caspersen born Bragernes Dramm 28 sept 1858 I know he lived in Lillestrom as both his boys Trygve & Bjarne were born there. He is listed as dead 1903 Mental Farm, would there be any records of this mental farm? Thank you eibache for the info his parents. Caspar was as far back as I had.
