Christian Olsen-possibly from Dønum?

Year of birth 1825-1826. Possible location : Dønum, Norway(thats where my great great grandmother lived when she married my great great grandfather) The only information I can find on him is on my Great great grandmothers confirmation record. Karen Mathea Christiansdatter was born Jan 27 1849 Her parents were Olea Christofersdatter and Christian Olsen. (Most likely Karen Mathea was born out of wedlock). After that, I cannot locate any information on him. Did he emigrate to the US? Did he die soon after? Did he get married, have more children? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
