Church location

My fourth great grandmother was Elie Michelsdr. She is shown baptized on this location: http://www.arkivverket.no/URN:kb_read?idx_kildeid=9064&idx_id=9064&uid=ny&idx_side=-68. I am wondering what church this would have been in and where it is located. Thanks so much for your help.
