Church records

I am interested in Jacob Menighet in Oslo. A lot of the church records are available from the Family History center. However not all records are available. I am also interested Gran and Hamar. These records are available from the National archives of Norway. The problem is I don't read Norwegian I am having trouble figuring how to access these records. It sounds as if I would have to go to a reading room in Oslo to access these records. Is this true?
