'Concerning Emigration' by John A. Johnsen

There are several interesting postings here with accounts of the inland voyages - but unfortunately most of them are filled with stale links. I'd be especially interested in an updated link to the article 'Concerning Emigration' written by John A. Johnsen. I've searched the NAHA web site without any luck.
