confirmation and translation

I am looking for the birth record of Gunhild Poulsdatter. I am told it is at Vågå 1739 - 1810 page 13, 2nd column next to last record. I can not read this. If this is the record could someone please translate for me? Thank you, Marlon Henvit Reno, Nevada USA
